Scenarios to Consider - Import Contacts into Kindful

You may want to send contacts from a third-party system into Kindful to make it easier to maintain a single list of contacts.

Considerations:

Example: Classy Integration

When a Kindful admin connects Classy to Kindful, all their Classy data - including historical Classy data - will sync into Kindful automatically. Once it’s in Kindful, the admin can search for and utilize this data so that they can interact with their donors in meaningful ways.

The Classy integration syncs one-way; this means that Classy sends data to Kindful, but Kindful does not send data to Classy. There are three elements in Classy that stay in sync with Kindful; Supporters, Transactions, and Campaigns. Read more
