Submit App to Kindful

There are items that need to be completed before you can submit your integration to Kindful. The following is a list of items you will need before QA begins:

  • Terms URL
  • Privacy Policy URL
  • Short Description (10 words or less)
    Example: When you connect Classy to Kindful, all of your donors and their donations will sync into Kindful automatically!
  • Long Description (2-3 sentences)
    Example: Gain more insight into your donors. This integration automatically brings all your Classy data directly into Kindful. This means that you’re able to combine Classy’s unique campaign pages, with Kindful’s powerful reporting and analytics.
  • App Icon (512px by 512px in .png format)
  • Support URL: integration's documentation
    A good support article which explains what the integration does in detail that includes, but is not limited to:

    • What triggers an update
    • Which fields are updated
    • What creates a new record
    • How are records de-duped
    • Etc.
  • Connect URL
  • Disconnect URL
  • Redirect URI
  • App header image(600px by 320px in .png format)

Submit Integration to Kindful

After you have compiled all of the items on the list, here is how to submit your integration:

  • In the Partner Dashboard, select “Manage” under Options for your application
  • Under the “Production” tab, select “Submit App for Review”
  • Complete the form and click “Submit to Kindful”

After your submission

Only one more step to go live – the app directory listing. The app directory is where Kindful users discover and connect third party apps. Once your integration has been approved, you will be notified and you can make it available in the app directory.
