Funds can be selected to be appended to by the following methods:

match_by Option	Description
external_id	Partner's identifier for the fund record. This will convert the id provided to a string and will be matched based on that.
id	Will match the records id field to Kindful's fund id.
name (coming soon)	Will search for name.
